OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

If you have a medicine regularly your doctor will usually issue you with a computer request slip. Please hand in your computer slip or send it by post giving at least two working days’ notice before it is needed. We have arranged a prescription ordering and collection service with all of the local chemists. This is available to all of our patients and can be arranged by calling in to see your chosen pharmacist.

Repeat prescription requests can be left in the post box on the main gate when the surgery is closed.
